Offices of Chartered Accountant and Income tax practitioners to be included in the exempted category in Delhi during Lockdown
The Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) has declared/ included offices of the Chartered Accountants and Income tax Practitioner under the “exempted category” in Delhi which means that they shall be allowed to operate and work in the offices even when there is a lockdown in Delhi for other private offices.
The step was taken by DDMA on 12.01.2022 after considering special request from CIT(ITA), Central board of Direct Taxes and Ministry of Finance.

Let’s see if other states shall also follow the same when and if they apply lockdown for other private offices.
