Last Date of updation of UDINs at e-filing Portal extended to 30.04.2022 | How to validate UDIN on new e-filing website

As all are aware, it is mandatory for all the CAs to update the UDINs for all IT forms uploaded by them at the e-filing portal. However, currently the e-filing portal does not support the UDIN updation for all the IT forms.

In view of above, the CBDT has extended the last date for updating UDINs for all the IT forms at the e-filing portal till 30th April, 2022.

A Chartered Accountant needs to update/ validate UDIN for all the certificates filed on e-filing portal such as Tax audit report, Form 15CB, Form 3CEB etc.

 

To Update/ Validate UDIN, Chartered Accountant needs to login to it’s Authorised representative profile on e-filing portal and you will find an option to validate UDIN under E-file -> Income Tax forms -> View/Update UDIN details.
