The Institute of Cost Accountants of India has announced that they are going to conduct online examination for intermediate and Final students in December 2020.
This exam is going to be a merged examination of students appearing for June 2020 and December 2020 attempt.
The institute is going to give 2 options to students:
1. Center based online mode and
2. Home based online mode
All the details are yet to be announced as to how students can give exam from home and how they can select the option.
By the way what are your views on this? Do you think online mode exam would be successful?
Many international exams like CFA (USA) is already conducting all it’s exams in online mode.
Do you think ICAI i.e. institute of Chartered account of India should also conduct online as we know recently they had again postponed exam?
How will check be kept on students who are appearing for home based exam that no cheating is being done? Are we ready for home based professional exam?
This is going to be a very bold move by Institute of Cost accountants of India.
