Important Due dates ending on 31.03.2021
Financial year 2020-21 is going to end and there are various due dates/ events which will come to an end on 31.03.2021. Some of the important due dates are mentioned below:
- Due date for filing application under Vivad se Vishwas Act.
- Last date for Linking of PAN with Aadhar.
- Last date for Filing of Revised or Belated return for FY 2019-20 or AY 2020-21.
- Last date for filing of TDS return of 1st and 2nd quarter of FY 2019-20 without late fees. Last date for deducting TDS at discounted rate of 25%.
- Last date for making tax saving investment u/s 80C, 80D, 80G etc.
- Filing of Form NR to CBDT as representation for claiming relief under residential rule during Covid for FY 2020-21.
- Various due dates which were extended by THE TAXATION AND OTHER LAWS (RELAXATION AND AMENDMENT OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS) BILL, 2020 except due date for passing of penalty order or assessment order etc.
- Applying for LUT for FY 2021-22 under GST for making export without GST.
- Due date for filing of GST Annual return and GST Audit for FY 2019-20.
- Last date for making expenditure against CSR responsibility for FY 2020-21.
