Extension of validity of FCRA registration till 31.12.2021

As per section 12(6) of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, [FCRA] 2010, registration granted under the Act would be valid for a period of 5 years.

In the public notice Dt. 30.09.2021 it has been mentioned that Central government has decided that FCRA registration certificates which are expiring between 29.09.2021 to 31.12.2021 and which await approval shall remain valid upto 31.12.2021.
