Entities/ companies listed with SEBI have to submit their quarterly half yearly financials or results along with their yearly financials.
Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘LODR Regulations’) requires a listed entity to submit its quarterly/half year/annual financial results within forty five days or sixty days, as applicable, from the end of each quarter/half year/financial year.
Under normal circumstances the due date to submit financials for quarter/ half year or year ending on 30th June is 14.08.2020.
However, during this financial year as we know because of lockdown and other difficulties SEBI had extended the due date for quarter ending 31st march to 31.07.2020.
Now, SEBI vide another circular has extended the due date for submission of financials for quarter/ half year or year ending on 30.06.2020 to 15.09.2020.
